Jefferson
County Community Tennis Association (JCCTA) is a Washington
non-profit corporation founded in 2007. We are a volunteer
organization dedicated to supporting and promoting tennis in the
Jefferson County area for all abilities and ages. JCCTA is
sponsored by the United States tennis Association and USTA/Pacific
Northwest Section and is part of a national network of Community
Tennis Associations.
Jefferson County Community Tennis
Association was founded to begin anew where the historic Port
Townsend Tennis Club left off. The Port Townsend Tennis Club
dates back to 1910. It had been inactive as a formal entity for
a number of years when members of the community decided to grow
tennis again. “We realized we had a chance to serve a broader
geographic area, help educate children through tennis, and
partner with entities that could help bring our vision of year
-round tennis for everyone closer to reality. A non-profit
community tennis association allows us to grow tennis and create
lifetime skills, recreation and fun year round for our
community” says Julie Jablonski.
Our Location
Jefferson County
Community Tennis Association is located in Washington State on
the Olympic Peninsula. We primarily serve the communities of
Port Townsend, Port Hadlock, Chimacum, Quilcene, Brinnon, Port
Ludlow and rural Jefferson County. We partner with Peninsula
